My family and I were very excited to visit Key Largo and hopeful that the Villa would be as lovely as the pictures..At our arrival, Mike and Nancy were there to welcome us and we were overwelmed at the homes beauty, both exterior and interior.
The Villa is in an upscaled neighborhood, the house is gated and very private with top notch amenities. The kitchen is well stocked, everything in it is high end. The beds are very comfy with high quality linens.
We spent most of our 10 days enjoying the marvelous house, entertained by lots of fishing,(fishing gear all provided by owners), kayaking, swimming, biking and resting in the floating lounges. We grilled everyday and enjoyed dining in the large tiki huts. Every evening we enjoyed watching the multitude of fish gather around the underwater lights by the dock. We also saw manatee's, starfish and dolphins. Our teenage kids were never bored. They did not sleep much because they wanted to enjoy the outdoors all the time.
The Villa is ideally located within 3 miles of everything, such as John Pennikamp Coral Reef State Pk and Swimming with Dolphins, we enjoyed both. Also the market is 2 blocks away and fine restaurants along with lots shops are very near. We were never far from home base and we loved it
This rental house is by far the very best we have every stayed in, Mike and Nancy have provided us with much more then we had ever expected and we thank them for that. We highly recommend this experiance at the Villa.

Memorable stay

Pictures and reviews are not able to meet the adorable charm and privacy of these villa with an interior that is composed with that much carefulness and love to details.

For those who are looking for a special vacation on the Florida Keys without exposing oneself to a hotel establishment but don’t want to miss comfort – you are in any case at the right place an Mike and Nancy’s home.

The villa itself, the beautiful tropical garden and the possibility to use BBQ, fishing gear, kayaks and bicycles prevent to be bored – even during a longer stay. We didn’t make use of the extensive entertainment area in the living room because we were to much impressed by underwater lights at the boat ramp, which attracted by night the various fishes of the Florida Keys. It was like a huge outside Aquarium.

A great advantage of the villa surely is the quite location with having supermarkets and good waterside open air restaurants nearby.

The only disadvantage: Never mind how long you booked this villa – the day will come when you have to pack your bags and to leave this unique place.

We definitely will come back!

A Tropical Paradise

My husband,myself and our two 17 year old sons could not believe our eyes when Nancy showed us around her luxurious home when we arrived. Beautifully finished inside and out with everything you could possibly need already provided for. The setting overlooking the bay and the tropical landscaping of the garden made it our very own 'Discovery Cove' ! The boys loved kayaking and snorkeling and watching the many fabulous types of fish that swum underneath the dock. The boys managed to launch the kayaks to paddle with a visiting dolpin ! One of the many highlights of the holiday. All of us made use of the 4 bikes, riding to the nearby state park and round the neighbourhood. Knowing we could call upon Nancy and Mike if we needed was a great reassurance too. We have stayed in many holiday villas but none can compare to this one. Many thanks to Nancy and Mike for trusting us to share their beautiful home.

An Astonishing Place

Over the top in every category. Beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. The walls filled with French Doors provide the indoors with amazing views. Our family enjoyed the outdoors with morning bike rides, play time in the pool, snorkeling in the bay followed by late afternoon kayak rides not to mention all day and night fishing. We were amazed when we saw a manatee and her baby swim under the dock, A moment my family and I will never forget. The owners provided everything necessary to enjoy our stay. The Villa is very private and surrounded with exquisite tropical landscaping, fountains, swing under the arbor filled with orchids, a huge tiki hut, and the list goes on. It's like a 5 star resort but all yours. We highly recommend this property, a true dream vacation and we plan to return.

Impeccable Villa

This is an extraordinary property -- beautifully maintained with a fabulous array of high-end amenities. The home has a wonderful indoor/outdoor flow. The owners supplied everything imaginable, including all the fishing and kayaking equipment needed to take advantage of the bayfront location; snorkeling gear; beach chairs; bikes; and so on. Fishing off the dock was a highlight for us, along with kayaking out to see the sunset. The location is private and upscale, but with quick access to a market and some funky Key Largo restaurants. A great find.
