Welcome to our cozy 1560 sq. ft. home in Beautiful So. Lake Tahoe. We are located less than a mile to Ski Run Blvd and only 1 more mile up the hill to the Heavenly Ski area parking lot. We are 2 miles from the Casino's (short taxi ride) and 1 1/2 miles to the lake. We pride ourselves on the cleanliness of this mountain home. The Master bedroom has a four poster King w/private bath, flat screen TV, the second room has a four poster Queen w/TV VCR and the 3rd room has (2) twin beds w/25 inch TV, VCR, DVD, Sega with various games. There is (1) roll-a-way and a twin hide-a-bed. The living room has a fire place, L-shaped couch and 25 inch TV w/VCR/DVD player and various movies. The Kitchen is fully equipped with all you need to make a mountain home meal. HOT TUB Weber BBQ on the rear deck w/utensils also a patio table and umbrella and lounge chairs. To keep the Snow off your car, you can park it in the 2-car garage. All you have to do now, is enjoy. Credit Cards Accepted

Relaxing vacation home

My husband and I rented this home for 10 days. The owner answered all our questions we had concerning the rental. The welcome bottle of wine on the table was excellant. The hot tub was an additional after we made the arrangements. It was a plus. I have never stayed in a place that was so clean and homey. It made you want to take care to keep it as clean as it was when you arrived. The neighbor was quiet. You would never get such privacy staying in a hotel or time share. It was just a short drive to whatever your heart might desire. The home was very spacious for the 2 of us, it would make a great place for 3 couples to share, like a family get together. We enjoyed sitting on the deck every evening and the privacy we had.
My husband really liked the "Taste of Home" cookbook.
We would highly recommend this to visitors going to Lake Tahoe. We are looking forward to going back next year hopefully.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

A great home!

We had such a lovely time at this home in South Tahoe! The owners were great -- made everything so easy!! The home is in a perfect location -- close to everything. We had 6 adults and 2 children (5 & 6 years old) on this trip and the house worked out perfectly for us -- plenty of room and plenty for the kids to do. My brother let out a huge sigh of relief when he saw all of the kid's board games and video game system. We felt so warm in the home, like it was our own little getaway. Everything was so clean upon our arrival, it was great to have a garage to park in, we felt safe to let the kids play by themselves in the gated backyard. All in all, a great trip. We will definitely be renting this one again!!

Wonderful Rental

I rented this home for a short trip with a group of friends. The renter was a pleasure to deal with. Not only was he very accommodating, he kept replied quickly too all my emails and answered all my questions no problem. The home was beautiful. TV's in every bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, huge garage spaces, and well furnished throughout. Easy access to rental location and to Casinos from the rental. Close to everything. Would highly recommend to anyone, but only if they are cleanliness oriented. The home is kept in terrific condition and I certainly don't want anyone else making a mess of it, especially if I'm renting the home again for sure. I could go on and on about all the great things about the home. No complaints. A+ all the way.
