We visited Miami Nov 2009 and stayed at this apartment. Great location in South Beach, walking distance to Lincoln Road, Beach, CVS and anything you need. The apartment is absolutely beautifully decorated and super clean and has enough space. The owner Marco is so welcoming and very helpful if you have any questions about Miami.
We love to come back to this apartment, cause it feels like a home. We highly recommend this rental.

THE PLACE for your stay in Miami Beach

This condo is the perfect place for your stay in Miami Beach. My wife and i have been to Miami several times. We always used to stay in a hotel. This time we decided to rent a condo and i can tell you it was the right thing to do. The condo in a very quiet area and still in the middle of everything. The Beach, Lincoln Road and Restaurants are just a short walk away. If you are a gymrat - Golds Gym is right next door. You also get a free parking pass for your stay which makes it very easy to find a parking space right in front of the condo day and night.The appartment is very clean and stylish. And the owner? Marco is one of the friendliest and most helpful guy we have ever met. If you are going to Miami Beach and you are looking for a place to enjoy the city and it's nightlife as well as just having a few days off and relax then this condo is your stay with style.

Home sweet home!

This cozy, clean condo is the perfect place to vacation. At first I was afraid it would lack the extras of a hotel resort. This was so much more convenient and relaxing! I thoroughly recommend this condo to my own family and friends to stay! Also, everything we needed was there or right around the corner. The location is perfect place from everywhere you want to be! Great shopping, restaurants, convenient banking, gym, beach, and Whole Foods next door to cook yourself in the perfectly equipped kitchen. It also includes all the electronic extras that most hotels do not offer.

Great place to stay !

We stayed at this place in March 2009 and were absolutely delighted.
It`s the cleanest appartment we have ever booked in the U.S. The owner is a very nice guy, helpful if you have questions, takes real good care of the house and is just a great host. Thank you also for the dinner recommendations "Lime" was just fantastic and we still miss our burritos.
The location is great, it`s just some blocks away from all the happening on lincoln road, ocean drive and the beach and just some blocks to jump on the highway. But still a little away so you dont have all the party noise traffic or spring breakers, and dont have to bother with the parking space problem in Miami. Thats a great plus! We felt very secure in the house and neighbourhood.

We can definitly recommend this place to everybody
who`s looking for a nice and relaxing stay. If we visit Miami again, we will for sure try to stay at this place again.
