The house is a 9 Bedroom Victorian with over an acre of shore front on Pristine Lake Christopher (Bryant Pond). There is a large eat-in kitchen, dining room, and 2 living rooms. The house also has a fireplace and a Game Facility. The bedrooms consist of 4 Kings, 1 Queen, 2 Double Bunks (Doubles on bottom, Twin on top)and 2 twins. The Property has a dock with a patio area on the waters edge. We also have a 23' 2005 Hurricane boat rental which includes tube and skis. Rental cost is $950/week. Lake Christopher is a deep water lake that has Salmon, Lake Trout and Splake. If you enjoy skiing the house is 2 miles from Mt Abrams and 9 Miles from Sunday River. If you enjoy the outdoors the Bethel area offers many outdoor activities. You can Kayak on the Androscogin, Mountain Bike on miles of trails or Golf at several 18 hole golf courses.

What a great spot for a family vacation. We spent a week in February at the house and it was alot of fun. We had 18 people (10 adults and 8 kids) and we fit great. Four of the couples had king beds and one had a queen. This was a big discussion when picking a place, we all wanted king beds. That is hard to find with large groups. The kitchen area was large and the kids ate at the kitchen table, while the adults ate at the dining room table in front of the fire. The hot tub was great for after skiing and the seperate game room the kids just loved. That way they didn't have to see mom and dad the whole time. You can't beat the price and proximity to the mountain. With 18 people we had three full baths, could have used another bath. Other than that, I would highly recommend the house for any vacationers.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Pet-friendly, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
