This tropical, well-maintained, one-bedroom apartment (studio and two bedroom apartments are also available) is in a one-story triplex on A-1-A, just one block from an award-winning beach with lifeguards. Miles of shoreline allow for long, uninterrupted runs or walks. Looking north, you'll see our fishing pier and our recently restored lighthouse. It's a short walk to dozens of great local restaurants, shops, boat rentals, diving and snorkeling boats, and party and charter fishing boats. There are also nearby nail and beauty salons, a gourmet fish store, a pharmacy, bank, nightspots, and more. The closest 18-hole golf course is a ten-minute drive away. Tennis is a five-minute drive. Sunny Place is very clean with new furnishings. Apartments are fenced and private. Everything you'll need is in your 'home away from home'. Each unit has a full kitchen with all utensils.
