Quiet overhead fans, color-cable TVs, and VCRs are in every room - all for your enjoyment. Our new kitchen is fully equipped, and our bathrooms are new and beautifully decorated. Our bedrooms feature beautiful furniture and bedspreads, plus a quiet corner for reading pleasure. All windows and lanai doors are fully screened, and have security locks where needed. Since we rent 'by the bedroom(s)' needed, our unit is just as affordable for two persons (on a honeymoon, for example!) as it is for eight persons; I simply lock off unused bedrooms and baths. And please be assured that no one else will share the unit when you are there. Total area available: 1132.5 to 2271.0 Sq. Ft. including lanai. We are located close to all the resort amenities such as the swimming pool, sauna, whirlpools, tennis courts, activities center, barbecue gazebo, putting green, and horseshoe pit.

The Makai Golf Course and Tennis Complex is a five-minute walk away, and it's a short drive to Hawaii's #1 rated Prince Golf Course and Spa. Discounted golf fees are available from The Cliffs Activities Director; he can also book tours and assist you with any activities.

Other Activities: 45 Holes of Award Winning Golf including Hawaii's #1 rated Prince Golf Course are within minutes of the Condominium

Great Location and super view!

We stayed for one week starting June 16, 2008. The information in ad is really accurate. The condo is super with a great view of the ocean. Four wonderful balconies, two facing the ocean and two on the parking side. Open the doors and the tradewinds blow right thru the condo, No air conditioning required. Slept with the master bedroom sliding door open every night with no noise! Never heard any neighbor noise. We went for a wedding and a good time was had by all. Thanks Verna.

Great Kauai Condo

We just got back from our stay at Kauai. This condo is absolutely beautiful. It has a stunning view of the ocean and a lovely lawn right infront of it that takes you upto the cliffs.

It has 4 large rooms with very confortable furnishings. Each room has a walk out balcony (or exit).

The only issue is that it is in Princeville which is on the North side of the island. If you plan to visit the south or canyon then it is far. However, if you plan to relax, play golf, hang at a beach, etc, it is perfect !
