Bungalow with a large, air-conditioned living / dining room, a number of terraces, a large pool and a water depot. It is situated in the best possible southern location, at the end of a private road in Calpe / La Canuta. It has a beautiful view of the sea and the mountains. Nearby caretaker speaks numerous languages and looks after our guests.

Wir haben in diesem Ferienhaus einen wunderschönen Familienurlaub verbracht. Das Haus ist mit seinen drei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern ideal für eine Familie mit Kindern. Wir waren mit unserer Tochter dort, die sich sehr über das Doppelstock-Bett gefreut hat.
Das Haus liegt in einer Privatstraße und ist daher sehr ruhig an einem Hang gelegen. Von den beiden Terrassen hat man sehr schöne unterschiedliche Blicke auf das Meer und die umliegenden Häuser, deren Lichter in der Dunkelheit eine sehr romantische Atmosphäre verbreiten.
Da das Haus über die besagten großen Terrassen, Garten und natürlich den sehr schön gefliesten Pool verfügt kann man auch einfach dort den Tag ganz verbringen ohne an den Strand gehen zu müssen. Für Unterhaltung und Strandleben geht man einfach in die Stadt.
Unterhalb des Hauses, an einem kleinen Hafen liegt ein sehr schönes Restaurant, dass man in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß gut erreichen kann. Ansonsten bietet Calpe jede erdenkliche Art von Gastronomie.
In der Umgebung gibt es tolle Strände und durch das bergige Hinterland sehr schön Landschaften und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Am besten hat uns der Besuch der Wasserfälle von Fonts d´Algar gefallen.
Alles in allem ein perfekter Urlaub. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und mit Liebe eingerichtet, wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir können einen Urlaub dort nur empfehlen.

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr privat gelegen, da auf einem grossem Grundstueck und auch an einer privaten Strasse gelegen. Keinerlei Strassenverkehr oder aehnliches.
Die Verwaltung vor Ort war auch sehr hilfreich und konnte immer weiter helfen.
Das Haus ist sehr grosszuegig und die Abende auf den Aussenterrassen sind fuer uns unvergesslich.
Die Kinder waren von morgens bis Abends im Pool oder innerhalb von 5 Minuten ist man am Strand und die Kinder konnten sich dort austoben.

Insgesamt ein toller Urlaub und nur empfehlenswert fuer andere.

Wunderbarer Sommerurlaub

Das Ferienhaus ist traunhaft gelegen und der private Pool ist auch klasse. Die Kinder waren kaum aus dem Wasser zu bekommen und die Eltern konnten so auch die Ferien sehr entspannt verbringen. Wir haben uns mit unserer 5-koepfigen Familie dort sehr wohl gefuehlt und ausreichend Sonne war auch vorhanden.
Der Strand in Calpe ist auch prima mit Kindern zu besuchen gewesen. Restaurants und Einkaufsmoeglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Naehe gelegen.

Wir werden in 2008 wieder dort unseren Urlaub verbringen.
