Well-kept apartment house in a quiet, sunny location with a panoramic view, indoor pool, fitness room, garage etc. 20 cozy apartments of varying size for 2 – 6 people. Our absolutely quiet apartment house is situated on a sunny hill surrounded by fruit and wine gardens. Directly beneath the Algunder Waalweg (panoramic hiking path), there is a starting point for cozy hikes and demanding mountain tours, not far from the village center. For relaxation we have a large indoor pool with a jacuzzi, jet stream, solarium, fitness room, hobby room, ping pong, as well as a sunny lawn. All of the apartments are designed with hand-made wood, and are lovingly and comfortably furnished. You will feel right at home here with us. Apartments of various sizes with a living room, a bedroom, a balcony, a bath/shower room, a safe, a separate kitchen with all necessities, and a coffee-maker. Fresh breakfast rolls are available. There is also an elevator and a Tyrol parlor.

The village of Algund is situated at an altitude of 500 meters and has 4,000 residents. It is 3 km from the beautiful spa town of Meran and is surrounded by lovely vineyards and fruit trees, with a view of the Eschtal valley and Bozen. It is a naturally evolved area of the village with the old 'St. Hyppolyt' church. The center of the village with its clubhouse, music pavilion, and public facilities is an 8 minute walk from our house.

Algund is a popular holiday resort for young and old, framed by 3200 m high mountain peaks and Mediterranean vegetation. Surrounded by orchards and vineyards, next to the 'Waalweg', Algund's popular hiking path, lies our small jewel on an absolutely quiet and sunny site with a wide view of the valley and the mountain peaks of 'Zielspitze' and 'Ifinger'. Here you can escape from a hectic everyday life and relax in a pleasant and friendly atmosphere. Your well-being is our main concern. Our house will be your central starting-point for the most beautiful excursions, easy hiking or adventurous climbing tours, whatever is on your mind.
