Private waterfront home in Annapolis, Maryland. Enjoy stunning views of the Severn River and Saltworks Creek from practically every room of our charming waterfront cottage. You can swim, fish fand crab from private pier and beach. Pier has three slips suitable for sailboats. The large wrap-around deck is the perfect place to sunbath, or just relax and enjoy the views. The house is bright and airy and is tastefully decorated. There are four bedrooms and two full baths. The kitchen is fully-equipped. Entertainment theater room includes surround stereo system, HDTV/DVD. Washer/dryer is on the lower level. The house is nestled in a wooded and peaceful community with tennis courts and designated swim area with a sandy beach and clubhouse/restaurant. Excellent public golf courses are nearby.
