Nestled in the eastern Sierra Nevada Mountains, the town of Mammoth Lakes boasts one of the largest ski resorts in the world and plenty of snow. Getting here is easy with virtually no winding mountain roads! Mammoth is approx 3 hours south of Reno and 5-6 hours north of LA/Orange Counties. The Village area is Mammoth's newest destination for shopping, dining, apres ski and nightlife/entertainment. An open-air pedestrian pathway, the Village is home to upscale restaurants, boutiques, galleries and other specialty stores, in addition to the Mammoth Mountain Gondola, connecting the town of Mammoth Lakes to the Ski Area. The Village also provides services such as equipment rentals, lift ticket sales and an activity desk. Stroll to the Village from the condo and enjoy the beautiful starry skies.
