This charming guest house was built in 2005. It is a single-level private retreat, a rare find in the Scottsdale area. Escape the hustle and bustle of condominium-style living. There is no one living above or below. Forget those long walks to your parking space. And no common living walls, from the main house. You have your own private fenced back yard, and a direct access one-car garage. The living room and bedroom are fully carpeted, and the bedroom has a comfortable queen-size bed, and a large closet. The delightful kitchen with breakfast bar is well equipped, refrigerator with ice maker, cook top, microwave/convection oven. Also you have your own full-size stacked washer/dryer. This vacation home has all the comforts of home.
It's perfect for a woman traveling alone. The neighborhood is safe & welcoming. The home secure. The enclosed patio was a plus for relaxing, grilling, & entertaining guests.
Robert is a gracious host who provides information,privacy, & the daily newspaper!

Active seniors who enjoy golf, biking, walking, university attractions and art galleries will find the location of this guest house convenient. A free trolley is a block and a half away for travelers to use. The trolley transverses south Scottsdale through Old Town Scottsdale and near by shops. Very nice guest house and attentive landlord.

Comfortable Guest House for Two with Bicycle Bonus

We very much enjoyed our stay in Scottsdale. The guest house was conveniently located near shopping, recreation (biking, hiking, swimming), and restaurants. Restaurants (YES) because the kitchen facilities worked best for snacks and small meals. We especially appreciated the use of bikes and the many bike paths. The guest house owner supplied helpful information regarding area attractions.

A good vacation

The place is just as clean and well maintained as advertised. There is a park a short walking distance from the house. The neighborhood is safe. The condition of the cottage is a very near brand new. The location is excellent to the old town Scottsdale area. Everything is near but a car is required. The cottage interior is a good fit for one or two people. The owner is helpful when requested, but provides privacy to renter.

I would rent here again.
