Imagine launching your kayaks from the association beach and exploring the numerous coves on the Bass River. Come back to the cool centrally air conditioned house with 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths in a private Bass River waterfront association. Our newly decorated house has new windows including a 9' picture window in the spacious living room. The Dining Room has ample seating for 8. The light and airy Sun room has pullout queen sofa, TV/DVD, books, puzzles and games. The new fully equipped kitchen has maple cabinets, granite counter tops and new appliances. There is a washer, dryer and powder room off the kitchen. There are two outdoor decks, one with propane grill and seating for 8. The other has lounge chairs for lazy sunning. There is an outdoor shower. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, TV/DVD. The second bedroom has 4 Twin beds. The third bedroom is in the lower level with private bathroom. There is a play room with air hockey and TV + Ping Pong table in garage.
