The house is situated in an absolutely quiet, solitary location, with an unhindered 180° view of the sea. The old farmhouse is about 200 years old, and has a separate guest house. A number of terraces and a lovely garden surround the house. A spot for complete relaxation.

* Ausstattung: geschmackvoll, landschaftsbezogen authentisch
* Zustand: gepflegt und sehr sauber
* Vermieter: sehr zuvorkommend und liebenswürdig, problemlos
* Betreuung vor Ort: zuverlässig, hilfsbereit und herzlich

Fazit:
Wer Ruhe und Einsamkeit sucht, gerne selber kocht,
wem Aussicht und Natur wichtiger sind als die Bequemlichkeiten
eines nahen Ferienortes, der findet hier ein absolutes Juwel!!

Worte und Sätze können viel erklären. Eine umfassende und genaue Beschreibung dieses Hauses und dieser Gegend ist jedoch so gut wie unmöglich. Positives und Fröhliches begegnet einem auf Schritt und Tritt. Das Haus , die Umgebung , die Betreuung, alles war perfekt.
Wir haben noch nie einen romantischeren, interessanteren oder erholsameren Urlaub verbracht. Vor allem die Kraft der Frühlingsnatur überascht jeden Tag aufs Neue.
Der einzige Wehrmuthstropfen ist eine sanfte Depression am Tag der Abreise.

Wir waren im August 2008, 4 Erw. 3.Kinder (3J./4J./8J.) für 14 Tage in diesem traumhauft schönen Objekt und wären gerner für immer dort gebliegen, so schön war es. Die Bilder im Internet sind schon schön, aber zeigen bei weitem nicht wie traumhaft es in Wirklichkeit aussieht. Völlig abgeschiedene ruhige Lage und trotzdem einen gigantischen Blick auf das Meer und die Bucht und den Sternenhimmel. Sehr großzügiges romantisches Grundstück, mit wilden Kräutern - wie im Paradies.
Auch die Betreuung durch den Verwalter war erstklassig.
Das Objekt ist wild romantisch (wir haben einige Videofilme mit unseren Kindern gedreht) und in einem sauberen ordentlichen Zustand.
Wir haben über Internet gebucht ca. 1 Jahr im voraus und waren überrascht, dass alles so super und unkompliziert geklappt hat. Kontakt mit dem Vermieter unkompliziert und freundlich und zuverlässig.
Wir würden dieses Objekt unbedingt gerne wieder buchen, insofern auch weiterempfehlen.
Freizeitmöglichkeiten im Ort ca. 15 Autominuten entfernt, schöne Strände nur mit dem Auto zu erreichen, oder per Boot. Es gibt in Moscenicka ein ganz besonders schönes Restaurant mit einer sehr schönen Terasse und herrlichem Meerblick und leckerem Essen. Überhaupt ein sehr reizender Ort.
Der gesamte Urlaub war eine besondere Attraktion.
