Getaway to the river in this new home! This brand new home is our model home for the upcoming community of Mon Louis Landing. Furnished for relaxation, come for a true getaway and enjoy listening to the birds, watching the boats go by, kayaking on the river, fishing on the dock, or just sitting on the screened porch with a good book. Cook delicious dinners in the gourmet kitchen, or purchase prepared and fresh seafood from our neighbors, Zirlott's Seafood. Relax under the house in the 800 sf screened room with its picnic tables, ping pong table, outside shower, and sleeping cots for a 'camp out'.

Located just downriver from beautiful Bellingrath Gardens, it's a nature lover's paradise! Jump in a kayak and explore the river, or just cast a line from the dock. Located along the Alabama Coastal Birding trail, this cottage is a great spot to view all types of birds. You're 30 minutes from Mobile and all the attractions there, and a short drive to Dauphin Island where you can visit historic Fort Gaines, the Audubon Bird Sanctuary, the Estuarium (sea lab and aquarium), and of course the beautiful white sandy beaches.
