Nestled amidst quiet estates, this villa is situated next to a 9-hole golf course in the heart of the Algarve. The detached villa has got two bedrooms with suitable bathrooms, a large living room with an open fire-place and a dining-place, a big kitchen with all electric appliances and a separate lavatory for guests (in total 125 m²). It has a southern terrace with a shady dining area, which is accessible from the living room and the bedrooms. A grill and a heated pool complete the picture.

The picturesque fishing village of Praia do Carvoeiro is located on Europe's loveliest stony coast. This is an exclusive villa area with beautiful sandy beaches. The villa is situated absolutely quietly in the urbanisation 'Vale de Milho' far away from traffic and tourism. Although the heart of Carvoeiro is reachable in between 3 minutes by car, the highway 'Via do Infante' in between 8 minutes.

Further Details: Only ten minutes to the beach, safe, rooftop terrace with bar, small garden with fruit trees

Golf: The villa is situated directly at the 9-hole golf course 'Vale de Milho' (3 minutes walking distance to the first tee), where you get season tickets with reasonable prices (no handicap required). In Carvoeiro you can also play the two Pestana courses 'Vale da Pinta' and 'Gramacho' each with 18 holes and tremendous sights. In between 30 minutes by car you can reach nearly all famous golf courses at the Algarve like 'Vale do Lobo', 'Quinta do Lago', 'Vilamoura', 'Sao Lourenco', 'Sheraton Pine Cliffs', 'Penina', 'Palmares' and many other lovely courses.

Wir sind gerade aus unserem erholsamen Urlaub in der Villa Casa Blanca zurück und können nur positives berichten. Es fing schon bei der Buchung an, der sehr nette Kontakt mit dem Vermieter und seinen geheim Tipps haben uns schon auf den Urlaub und uns gespannt gemacht. Als wir in der Villa ankamen war alles perfekt! Der Pool (immer 26-27°C), die großzügige Villa, der Vorplatz die Sonnenterasse - einfach traumhaft. Die Ausstattung - ganz klar eine Vollausstattung - lässt keine Wünsche offen. Ob Strandtücher, Handtücher oder Küchenutensilien, es ist alles da. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut, schön ruhig und der Strand ist in ein paar Gehminuten erreichbar. Auch Nadja, die gute Fee der Villa hat den Urlaub verfeinert, denn sie hat die Villa im Handumdrehen wie so hergerichtet wie am ersten Tag!

Ganz klar - eine Top Empfehlung!!!

Wir freuen uns schon jetzt auf unseren dritten Urlaub in der Casa Blanca
den wir in Kuerze antreten. Und ganz sicher werden wir bei unserem
Aufenthalt schon vom naechsten Mal traeumen. Die Ausstattung des Hauses und des Grundstuecks perfekt– es fehlt an nichts. Dazu der nette Vermieter, die Perle Nadja, die Lage ...– es passt einfach alles und wir genießen immer wieder jeden einzelnen Tag.
Es ist wie ein zweites Zuhause fuer uns geworden und es ist einfach immer wieder schoen in dieses herrliche Haus zu kommen

Wir kommen schon einige Jahre in diese schöne und
gepflegte Villa. In der ruhigen und doch noch ortsnahen
Lage ist ein erholsamer Urlaub gewährleistet.
Die Betreuung durch den Vermieter und die Hausverwaltung vor Ort ist ausgezeichnet.
Das Haus ist optimal ausgestattet und wird auf Wunsch
täglich gereinigt.
Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Urlaub in
der Villa Casa Blanca

Wir verbrachten einen schönen erholsamen Urlaub.
Die Casa Blanca ist gut gepflegt, sehr gut ausgestattet und räumlich optimal aufgeteilt.
Die Betreuung vor Ort war bestens geregelt.
Die Restauranttipps des Vermieters haben wir getestet und können diese nur bestätigen.
Wir können dieses Haus empfehlen und kommen selbst gerne wieder.

Schön wars!

Wir (2 Pärchen) waren Ende Mai / Anfang Juni 2009 in diesem schönen Ferienhaus. Der Pool wurde ausgiebig genutzt und stets durch die warme Sonne geheizt. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist mit "typisch deutschen" Maßstäben zu bewerten - alles funktionierte einwandfrei. Die guten Seelen vor Ort (Verwalterin Lore und Putzfee Nadia) sollen an dieser Stelle nicht unerwähnt bleiben. Alles in allem war es ein wirklich gelungener Urlaub - auch Dank der Tipps im großen "Sightseeing-Ordner".
Wir kommen gerne wieder!
