Aloha from beautiful Hawaii! This place of joy -- Ko Olina -- is the premier oceanfront resort on the Island of Oahu. This spacious townhome is located on the third fairway of the Ko Olina championship golf course. This 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath luxury townhome is located 20 miles west of the Honolulu airport and is centrally located between Waikiki and Oahu's North Shore -- famous for its surfing competitions! Our home features Hawaiian decor, a fully-equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, beach toys and chairs, and much more! (We ask that you please respect our 100 % non-smoking environment.) While all that Ko Olina has to offer is a short walk from our home, in our 2-car garage you will also find a golf cart that you can use for trips within the Ko Olina resort, such as the beach, the island's best luaus at the Ko Olina Beach Club and Paradise Cove, Roy's gourmet restaurant, or Koele's beach restaurant to watch the sunsets. Additional information about rental rates

  • Arriving late? We can also provide essential groceries in the unit to get you started!
  • Initial Reservation Deposit: $500 per month (within 10 days of verbal/email agreement). Once received, this deposit guarantees your reserved dates. The $500 deposit will be refunded to you within 10 days after your departure, subject to unit inspection. The first month's rent, including taxes and cleaning fee, is due 60 days prior to arrival check-in date. Cancellation policy: If you cancel your reservation 60 calendar days prior to your agreed upon date of arrival, your $500 deposit is fully refundable, minus a $50 service fee. However, if you cancel your reservation 59 or less calendar days prior to your agreed upon date of arrival, your $500 deposit is not refundable. We do not accept credit cards for the security deposit. If using a credit card for payment for rental there will be a 3% service fee added to your total. Our weekly rate on is based on actual usage days of our monthly rental. Usage days determines rental rate for your monthly rental. Additional fee's for xtra guests.
  • Our minimum monthly usage rate is defined as 7 days/6 nights.

Family holiday - Summer 2009.

We - a family of five - just returned from a wonderful one month stay at this property at Ko Olina. The property is exactly as listed in the description (internet, very nice BBQ etc), well kept and clean on take over. The owner provided excellent and prompt service with any questions prior to take over and during our stay. As a family with three children the location (& the golf cart not to forget) made it very easy to go for a quick swim in the pool in the compound of the townhouse or for a quick or longer beach trip to one of the langoons inside the main resort area. If you are a golfer the resort has a very nice golf course, which also offers Golf Academy for children. Shopping, movie theather and "outside" restaurant are a quick 10 minutes drive away in the nearest town by car. We highly recommend this property and its owner.

Ko Olina Dream!

This home was very clean with extremely tasteful island decorations. You felt comfortable in a retreat. We could watch the golfers in the morning, or swim in the nearby ocean coves. The coves had very few people in them, with clean bathrooms nearby. The snorkeling was wonderful!
Ko'Olina is only 1 hour from the North Shore which has many additional fun activities like the Polynesian Cultural Center, Dole Pineapple Factory, and yummy local ice-cream!
The home is mere minutes from a grocery store. The kitchen in the home was a joy to work in. All the pans and utinsels were of a great quality! Full working kitchen! We had barbeques, or made cookies, with ease!
The bedrooms were plenty spacious and the beds extremely comfortable. There are extra pillows and blankets if needed. Plenty of airconditioning too.
This home is definately fun for the whole family! I would recommend it for an Oahu vacation stay.

Also, we island hopped for one afternoon to another island for only $25.00 each way! It was easy, and we were able to come back to a comfortable home at night to sleep.

Perfect Home Away from Home in Paradise

We spent 8 glorious days in Ko Olina and for the first time found a vacation spot that we can't wait to return to! Traveling with 2 toddlers is always a challenge but the house was absolutely perfect for us...bunk beds for the kids right next to the master bedroom, fenced in back patio for them to play in, and a golf cart to easily get us around the resort instead of having to get everybody in and out of car seats just to go to the beach for an hour. Plus the insider tips from our hosts on which activities made sense for our family and which to avoid as well as Target and grocery stores nearby made this spot even better for us. And the resort was amazing...lagoons were gorgeous and super relaxing with lounge chairs on the sand and restaurants close by for drinks and snacks. A++++ for anyone looking for a safe, quiet, clean, relaxed vacation with a stunning backdrop, can't wait to go back!

With special golf cart parking spaces at each of the beach access points you are practically guaranteed a parking spot. Hawaiian Paradise

Our family of four enjoyed our vacation at this beautiful Ko Olina home. The townhome was very clean and well appointed. The grill and back patio were a great way to enjoy dinner and watch the Hawaiian sunset. We also enjoyed the use of the golf cart to get us to the lagoons and marina.

This wonderful place was just as advertized and more. The photos were representative and accurate. The owner was very accommodating with helpful tips and information about the KoOlina Resort and touring Oahu. He was easily available by phone or email before, during and after the trip. He even gave me a virtual tour by phone as we both used online maps/images. He returned our deposit within 10 days of our return. The townhouse was well stocked and all appliances were in excellent condition, especially the four burner gas grill on the scenic back patio. The golf cart was very handy to carry our beach stuff to the lagoons about a mile away and not have to worry about parking a car. The bad news - None.
