Our 3 bedroom 2 bath Florida vacation home in located in the community of Eagle Pointe which is just a few minutes south of Route 192 in Kissimmee. Our vacation villa is in an ideal location that offers a relaxing and tranquil neighborhood but is still close to all the action! The oversized pool deck is more than what you would expect from your average Florida vacation home. With its south facing orientation, the pool deck has sun exposure for almost the complete day. There is even a covered lanai for those wanting to limit their sun exposure but still enjoy the great outdoors. Soaking in the tremendous lake view with a glass of wine on the patio will bring you back year after year.

Additional information about rental rates

  • $75 cleaning fee will apply for stays less than 7 nights.
  • We do not make any additional charges for pool heat!
  • A non-refundable deposit of $250 per week is payable at the time of booking. The remaining balance is payable no later than 8 weeks prior to the reservation date. The owner reserves the right to cancel if the remaining balance of the booking remains unpaid 6 weeks prior to the reservation date.

    All bookings made less than 4 weeks before the reservation date are payable in full

    $250 security deposit required prior to check-in date. Will be refunded within 30 days after checking-out as long as no damage is made to the villa.

We are also right next door to some of the finest golf courses in the country such as the Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club. If you enjoy spending some time on the beach, we are only 1 hour away from Coca beach.

Our Vacation Villa

I recently rented this villa at the end of June 2009. It was wonderful! It looks even better than the pictures, My family had a great vacation. I was very sad to leave. There was plenty of room. We took a trip to Clearwater beach one day and everything we needed was in the garage. There were beach chairs, 2 big umbrellas, a cooler, and beach towels. We also went to Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, and Magic Kingdom. It was great to come to a place that feels like home at the end of a long day. The pool lights up at night for night swims too.I would definitely recommend this home for your next vacation.

The listing for this villa is wholly accurate but does not describe the added bonus of the local wildlife that live in and around the Lake. You do need a car.
The Eagle Point area is very quiet and an excellant place to relax, away from the theme parks. The local WalMart (~2miles) will meet all of your grocery shopping needs and more.

Dealing with the owner, and property manager, has been a pleasure; they are both responsive and only too happy to help.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this villa to friends, family or anyone else; it is a very good base for all of the amenities in, and around, Kissimmee.

Nice place to stay

We were looking for a place to stay only for a week and get some rest. This villa was very good, clean with a nice pool, all other facilities we expected and in a quiet neighbourhood, There was also wildlife all around (especially birds). All other facilities like shops and restaurants are nearby. A minor issue was that there was a nasty smell outside sometimes at night, maybe from the nearby swomp? All together we can recommend the place.

We visited your villa in May with another family in May...we were 9 people and there was lot's of room! Very clean and well laid out in a nice quiet neighbourhood. The kids had a blast in the pool and we were so close to the Disney parks and shopping! I look forward to staying at your villa again soon!

Everything was wonderful! I always worry when we rent a house, not knowing if everything is going to be as it appears in the pictures. Well this house was perfect. The owners thought of everything. As a matter of fact it was the most comfortable house we've rented.
However, the best part of renting this house was the excellent experience of dealing with the owner. He was professional, informative and a pleasure to deal with. My family will definitely rent this house again knowing that the house is perfect and the owner is sincere.
