Great condo and a great location. This ground floor unit has just been tastefully updated with all new fixtures and furniture. New luxury pillow top mattress in both bedrooms with 600 thread count sheets for a great nights sleep. There's a King size bed in the master bedroom and a Queen size in the second bedroom. Each bedroom has it's own bath. Outside there's a large covered patio. Palm Canyon Villas is a resort style complex with 4 heated pools and spas, plus 4 tennis courts. Tahquitz Creek Legends golf course across the street. The site is ringed by bike trails and there's a great hiking trail just down the block. Located in the South East corner of Palm Springs, convenient to everything in the desert. Midway between downtown Palm Springs and Rancho Mirage.

Great Place, Great Location!

We stayed here for one week and everything was perfect! The condo is very spacious, modern, clean and comfortable. Very nice Trek bicycles were provided for our use. The location is great - very close to Tahquitz Golf Courses (and many others) which were really fun and affordable. The pool was right around the corner from this unit and we always had it all to ourselves. Very quiet here - we never heard any noise from other units. Plentiful off-street parking and you can walk to Trader Joe's! Will definitely stay again when we return.

GREAT VACATION PROPERTY!

We arrived in Palm Springs and found this property exactly as listed. The kitchen contains all the amenities (including some basic necessities). The property is very clean and well maintained. The paint colors and updated furniture makes the property very warm and inviting. The pool and hot tub area were not crowded with other people and most times we had the area to ourselves. A group of people meet every morning for tennis matches (we found two tennis racquets and balls in the closet to use). One of the many golf courses is just around the corner however we played several in the area. A major grocery store (and a flea market on Saturday) is in walking distance. The homeowner was very accommodating and answered our emails almost immediately. We would highly recommend this property to others and should we ever visit Palm Springs again we hope that this property will be available.

Location, location, location!!

This condo was quiet, cool, roomy enough for 2 couples to share. Had all the amenities we needed, in a tastefully decorated style. Access to local shopping, hiking and biking trails, tennis, golf, swimming was perfect. Rental descriptions are all accurate! Noticed the HOA is actively maintaining property.

Perfect X-Mas and new Years

I was pleasantly surprised upon my arrival Dec 25th--it look exactly like the pics. I even found soap and shampoo in the showers which I had forgotten to bring--sweet!

It's a 5 minute drive to downtown PS and minutes away from grocery stores and movie theatres.

It was too cold to use the pool but complex is kept clean and tidy.

I plan on returning next year--thanks Colin!
