We take care of the exit cleaning and only ask that you wash your dishes, remove your trash, and put soiled linen in the laundry basket, the housekeeper will strip the beds and clean for the next guest arrival. Beach chairs and towels for the beach are in each apartment. We have assigned private parking for your exclusive use for one vehicle per apartment at no additional charge. Guest parking is limited and must be arranged in advance with our office. We offer special long term summer rates beginning May 1st, please check with the office for the current rate schedule.
