This sunny, newly renovated 1 bedroom apartment is situated on a quiet tree-lined residential block in family-friendly Park Slope, Brooklyn. We are just steps from the shops, restaurants and cafes of 7th Avenue and a 5-10 minute walk from beautiful Prospect Park and the 'F' or 'R' subway trains. Enjoy the comforts of home with your own private entrance, our fully-equipped kitchen with dining area, flat screen TV with cable and HBO, free Wi-Fi access, and your own phone line with free calls to the US and more than 60 countries included. We provide clean sheets and bedding for 4 sleeping guests with a queen bed in the bedroom and queen sofa-bed in the living room. We also provide soft towels for the private bathroom. We stayed at this lovely one bedroom apartment for a week and will definitely be back. It was actually better than advertized. Very stylish decor, perfectly clean and very well maintained. The kitchen was really well stocked and had everything you could need. Premium cable and high speed internet access were among the many perks. The location is excellent. On the roof deck you feel like you are in small town America, but actually you are seconds away from 7th Ave with all it's cool coffee shops, bars and restaurants. Nearby subway takes you to Manhattan in half an hour. Highly recommended.

My family of 4 stayed here for a long weekend and loved it. The neighborhood was quiet, parking was not a problem. Lots and lots of restaurants, cafes, shops, etc right around the corner. the subway was a very short walk away. It was the perfect spot, the perfect gracious owners- we'll definitely stay again- next time to explore Brooklyn a bit more.

We just stayed at this apartment, sept 29th through oct 3rd and are so glad we chose to stay here. The apt looks exactly like the photos, modern, clean and charming! The bottles of water, fresh fruit and flowers were such a nice touch. Good coffee every morning was a plus too! The 10 min walk to the subway was convenient and Connecticut Muffin is a great place for breakfast. The bed was comfy too.

Great neighborhood and perfect location w/o car

Yellow roses and food in cupboards and refrigerator. We were in Park Slope for a wedding and found our apt to be a perfect location. We had two choices for subway stops and could get to Manhatten easily.
The neighborhood had a great market and lots of great restaurants.
Nights were quiet for good sleeping. Brooklyn Museum is a must.

FANTASTIC PLACE TO STAY

We loved staying in this delightful, one-bed apartment, which was clean and tidy, had ample space, a secluded rear terrace, all mod cons, fresh flowers, a bowl of fruit, and the charming personal touch of the owner's own very stylish artwork on the walls. The owners themselves were warm and welcoming, and offered tips on places to visit, good bars and restaurants, and the local sights. The apartment is situated in a quiet, safe, suburban neighbourhood, with great shops, eateries and a huge array of delis, only a few minutes walk away. Prospect Park and the Botanical Gardens make for a beautiful stroll, and the subway will get you into Manhattan in 30 mins, trendy Dumbo in even less. We'd thoroughly recommend this rental for anyone planning on visiting NY, and we hope to return soon!
