This gorgeous beach house getaway is located in a desired quiet neighborhood just a few minutes walk to one of the most beautiful beaches the east coast has to offer. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath house was fully renovated and furnished as of June, 2008!!! Relax after a fun-filled day at the beach in one of our soft leather couches, or take a nap on one of our comfortable mattresses in either of our 2 Queen Size beds. The house also comes with 2 single bunk beds, (house sleeps 6-8 and all furniture is brand new).This house is exceptionally clean. It has a brand new fridge, washer and dryer, microwave, air conditioner and heater, and a beautiful 16 x 14 front deck. Our beach house also features 2 Florida rooms (front and back), and an outside shower in the back to rinse off sand or salt gathered from the beach. Plus, as an added feature, enjoy unlimited internet access and call anywhere in North America and talk for as long as you'd like for FREE!

    975 Per/week during special weeks.

    Special weeks include Bike week, Biketoberfest, and any of the major racing weeks.

    A $400 deposit is required to hold the reservation. The deposit will be refunded 1 to 3 days after check-out when the house is cleaned and inspected. The full amount of the rental is due at least 2 full weeks prior to check-in and the payment method is either PayPal
    (for your protection) or certified cheque (cheques must be cleared 2 weeks prior to check-in , so if you choose this method, send the cheque 3 weeks ahead of time).

    Sorry, no pets and no smoking.

Nice home close to the ocean in a quiet residential neighbourhood. About a 15 minute walk to the beach. An easy walk to shopping, medical centre, groceries, etc. Very clean, bright and airy home. Extremely comfortable brand new beds. Fully equipped kitchen. Very enjoyable.
We were a party of 4 adults and we had plenty of room and privacy.
I would highly recommend this vacation home. The owner is very caring and concerned for the comfort and well being of his tenants.

Beautiful home, great location, fully loaded!

Wow, I just can't get over my experience at this vacation hot spot. It was a very nicely decorated and super clean place with all the fixings! We had free internet, phone (long distance in the States and Canada!) and satellite TV with lots of channels. I loved the fact that there was a DVD and VCR player available and real comfy couches to lounge in. The beds were super comfy too!

I also really enjoyed the fact that everything you needed was right at your finger tips. There's restaurants and stores right up the street. The beach was only a 5 minute walk, the beach was fantastic by the way! The grocery store was around the corner and walkable. The other way you can drive about 5 minutes and enjoy the pier by the river. We spent so many nights walking by there (very romantic). There's even a park for the kids and a park bench swing that was my favorite.

If you drive by Flaglier beach you can really enjoy a great seafood meal for under $20. Unbelievable value and the food was just mouth watering. I can't wait til our next vacation to Florida and we'll be sure to rent this place again.

Hello,
My husband, three children and I stayed at this immaculately clean comfortable home in July for 2 weeks.
We enjoyed our stay very much. The beds were extremely comfortable. We liked the fact that there are afew TVs so when any of the kids were up early they stay quiet. We enjoyed walking in the neighbourhood and to the beach.
Cooking in the kitchen was nice too. The kitchen is inviting, spacious and clean.
The free laundry in the house is for me an added touch of thoughtfullness. I was able to finish all my laundry and pack everything up ready to be put in its place when we return home.

Thank you for allowing us to use your property Kosta. We will definetly be back.

Our recent stay at your property was absolutely perfect! So close to the beach and the property itself was so clean and well kept.
