So close to the beach, with a wonderful view from the living room and master bedroom - not to mention from the roof-top terrace! *LOCATION! Close to the beach, grocery store, restaurants and everyday needs. 'We really appreciate not having to use a car to buy milk. Also, with several restaurants within half a mile, it's so nice not to have to take turns driving'. *QUIET! This condo is on the calm stretch of Gulf Drive, with little traffic. No restaurants are so close that they will disturb you. *BRIGHT and AIRY! Plenty of windows on three sides make it bright, fresh and welcoming. *SPACIOUS! Ample living and sleeping space make you feel like you can stretch out and relax. *FRESH NEW LOOK! We have replaced floor surfaces in all rooms as well as updated furniture to make it a place to call our 'home away from home'. Hopefully you will feel that way too!

Anna Maria is the perfect place for a relaxing vacation. This narrow island with its sugary white sand, does not have any high rises, in fact building codes prevent the construction of houses with more than 2 building storeys above a carport. 7 miles of white sand stretch on the west side of the island. That's where we take our daily sunrise stroll. After a cup of coffee or breakfast in a beach side café, we return for a dip in the warm Gulf waters. After that it is time for a swim in the heated condo pool as well. There are several restaurants and shops within walking distance. The island's biggest grocery store is also easily reached by foot. If you don't want to drive or walk, there is a free trolley driving up and down the island. Sarasota is considered to be the 'cultural capital' of Florida with art galleries, theaters and an Opera House, and of course you have beach/sea activities, theme parks and shopping in the area. Welcome to our slice of paradise!

A great stay at a great place

The web site and pictures does not do the condo justice. The condo is much better than what we anticipated and the location is great.
We have not come across anything that we thought that should be in the condo, as it provided all what we needed.
The rental agency are great and helpful by providing us with the locale information that we had asked for.

We will be back!

Speaking for my wife, daughter, son-in-law, my two grand-daughters and grandson, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your condo on Anna Marie. The place was clean, very nicely decorated with a Florida flavor, and made our visit comfortable and added to the enjoyment of our trip from Kentucky.
Your condo was charming. As my father used to say when someone showed him something he really liked: "There's only one thing wrong with it. It does not belong to me."

I recommend your place highly to anyone from anywhere.
It is in a great location, accessible to the beaches, the island, and Bradenton. Can't ask for much more than that.

A very nice condo!

We found your condo to be very comfortable. excellent location. The roof top porch was a great extra. It was fun watching the sun set in the evening.
The only thing that I think that you might consider doing is to replace the curtains in the living room that face the street. i noticed in the afternoon that the drapes that you have do not do a good job of blocking the heat - that end of the room tended to heat up.
Overall - I was very pleased with your condo!!

We would like to thank the owners of this lovely appartement for a wonderful week! The appartement is very nicely situated, very close to the beach and with a beautiful view of the beach. It is very very good equipped with comfy new sofas, very nice linen etc and a good selection of everything in the kitchen. Do not miss the roof terrace! We can really recommend a visit to this beautiful island and this very nice appartement!
