This beautifully decorated townhome in South Ft Myers is available for rent year round. With two bedrooms and a loft with a pull out couch, the unit sleeps up to six. Pets are welcome. The community has a pool, clubhouse. playground and a fitness room This community is right on Metro Parkway, 10 minutes to I-75, 15 minutes to airport, 20 minutes to beach (a little longer during season), 2 minutes to Edison Mall, great restaurants within minutes, 5 minutes to Route 41 (Tamiami Trail), 10 minutes to tennis courts. Sanibel / Captiva Islands , a Riverboat Casino , the high speed Key West Express cruise are also 30 minutes away.
