Located in picturesque Noe Valley, one of the most charming neighborhoods in San Francisco. Unique 24th Street shops and restaurants are just outside the door, with public transit on the corner about 2 minutes walking. Also available is the J line street car about 7 minutes walking. The ride is approximately 20 to 30 minutes travel time to the city center. Parking is limited, therefore public transport is suggested. Larger vehicles will be very difficult to park on the busy city streets. There is no parking facility. This non-smoking, one-bedroom, beautifully furnished, quiet one flight walk up apartment overlooks a peaceful rear garden. There are hardwood floors throughout and granite counters in the updated efficiency kitchen and bath. Private entrance, kitchen, bath with shower, and Queen bed.
