With an open floor plan and a silent neighborhood, this condo is the perfect relaxing getaway. There are 4 of the top golf courses in Arizona located within 5-7 min from the condo!! Not to mention main street being less than a mile away. The Fountain and the Fountain Park are located on main street as well, which makes this condo perfect for people who enjoy an unlimited amount of options of things to do. Dine at Overtime Sports grill which has a patio that over looks the beautiful fountain, or one of the many other newer restaurants that have been opened in the past year and a half. The condo itself has been remodeled in the past 6 months, so it is spotless and practically new. There is one queen bed in each room, so sleeping is very comfortable for you. The kitchen is open and looks through the patio door which over looks the beautiful landscape of AZ. Have a cup of coffee each morning on the patio and get ready for a fun filled day... This is the condo you don't want to miss out on!

Perfect place!!

Adam was extremely nice and helpful in taking care of us and his place is very nice. The price was more than reasonable and we even talked on the phone which can be hard sometimes when dealing through the internet. Our trip went off without a hitch. If we make it to AZ again next year we will absolutely be staying at this Condo, we really loved everything. If you do have anything you need or have a constructive criticism, Adam will do everything and anything to take care of it!!
