A great location in the heart of the Bluegrass state, this two bedroom, two and a half bath townhouse is in downtown Lexington, KY. You can walk two blocks to Rupp Arena or the convention center. Transylvania University is also within walking distance. You can drive 10 minutes to the University of KY or 10 – 15 minutes to Bluegrass Airport and Keeneland Race Track. If you are a basketball fan, ask us about a basketball package. This townhouse is securely located in a gated community with its own outside entrance. Two parking spaces are included. A fenced patio is at the rear of the unit. Upstairs, find the two bedrooms with full baths, and laundry facilities in the hallway separating them. If business brings you to Lexington, you will be within walking distance of convention headquarters, government buildings, banks and the courthouse. You can catch a quick lunch at Cheapside Grill or enjoy a leisurely lunch at Greentree Tea Room. You can entertain clients at Dudley’s Restaurant.

Golf and Horse Racing Details: Tee times can be arranged at the University Club of Kentucky. If you are a golfer, you will enjoy either of the two courses - Wildcat or Big Blue - at this private golf course about 15 minutes from the town house. If you are a horse fan, we can help you plan your stay. Keeneland races for three weeks in April and October, and the Keeneland yearling sale is in September.

Basketball Fans: The opportunity for some basketball packages for UK games is possible. The town house is within walking distance of Rupp Arena.

Tourist Attractions: For those with time to explore the Lexington area, the Kentucky Horse Park is a must - about 20 minutes by car. History lovers can walk to the home of Mary Todd Lincoln or tour the estate of Henry Clay. We'll tell you about a special pass at the Lexington Visitor’s Bureau. Other sale dates can be found on the Keeneland web site. Other horse events include Tattersalls Horse Sales, Fasig-Tipson Horse Sales, Rolex Three Day Event (Ky Horse Park), High Hope Steeplechase, Lexington Junior League Horseshow and the Red Mile Races. Applebee Park – home of the Lexington Legends - is a five minute drive.
