Home is located just outside the beautiful village of Chemuyil. Our home is in the area known as Chan Chemuyil. When traveling down Rt. 307 south,we are the 1st right hand turn past the exit for Chemuyil. Drive to the guard house on the left. This is Calle Jamaica (name of street) Homes are about 1/2 way down.

Notes: This pristine beach is one of the finest in the Riviera Maya,deep,powder white sand is the reason this beach is protected by the Mexican goverment and designated as a turtle sanctuary. About 100 yards off the beach is a beautiful, deep, fresh water cenote, great for a swim after bathing in the warm waters of the Caribbean. Akumal Bay is just up the road,another great place to snorkel and see turtles and tropical fish. The Tulum Reef is one of best for scuba diving and snorkeling. There is also another cenote just down the road from the house. ($3) for the day. Coba Mayan Ruins are 40 min. away,Here you can climb the tallest Pyramid in the Yucatan.Check out the Crocodiles sunbathing on the shores of Coba Lake. Well worth a day trip is a visit to Tulum, Cozumel Island, Playa Del Carmen,and Isle Mujeres. Xcaret Park is a must (go all inclusive and stay for the night show) Also Xel-ha is only 5 min. away,Hidden Worlds and the other Cavern, snorkel and dive cenotes are all within minutes

Most fun we've had in a long time!!!

My wife & I stayed down in February for two weeks & had a blast. The beach is a short walk, fantastic snorkeling, the town is a short ride, restaurants, grocery store, internet, video rentals, etc. Amazing scuba diving spots are a short ride away, ocean reef & caves, Mayan ruins, too much to list it all!!
Location was perfect, just far enough away from all the tourist congestion, but if you need a beach with a bar it's available.
Casa's were neat & clean, we even had the maintenance guy stop by to see if every thing was O.K.
More than enough room for four adults.
Recommend all to check this place out. We can't wait to get back down again!

my wife and I were down at this house for two weeks in january/february and we both agree we had the most amazing time. We are already scheduling our next trip down there.
This house was spotless and comfortable, we especially enjoyed the hammocks in the back yard. The best part by far though was the beach, unbelievable. I had no idiea it wouid be that amazing. a couple times we walked down we were the only people on the beach, and the snorkeling, that was the best snorkeling I've ever done in mexico and I've gone out with tour guides and everything. We previously stayed at the copacabana and the moon palace and nice as that was they don't compare to this beach. I reccomend staying at this house to anyone. We also enjoyed tulum and all of its fine restaurants, and playa del carmen we spent a couple days there and took the ferry to cozumel. We definately will be returning this winter.
