This bayfront house will sleep 14 no problem with 4 Bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and has 3 decks! Ever dreamed of vacationing in a model home? This is a former model home! Decks on each floor over looking the bay. Beautiful sunsets with the bay and the Atlantic City skylight as a view. New kitchen with granite counter tops, new appliances. The house has four large bedrooms. Jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom plus a large deck for romantic evenings.

This house is absolutely gorgeous. It was clean and spacious and waking up to a view of the water was wonderful. I would come back again and again. The owners were a pleasure to work with and very professional. This property comes highly recommended.

Couldn't have picked a better place in AC

I was looking for a place where 10 guys could stay comfortably for a weekend in Atlantic City and I couldn't have made a better selection. From the get go, Debbie was a dream to work with. Every question I had was answered with the utmost expediency and she even let us gain access to the property early as a result of our travel plans.

The house itself is beautiful. There is ample space for a large group to congregate and relax, both inside and out. It was the perfect place for us to grill, eat, watch sports and relax during the day before heading out at night. A cab only cost $12 to the casinos and you can even get a limo (which we did both nights) to come pick you up for about $5 per person. Also, the sleeping arrangements were even better than I expected. With 5 beds and 6 hotel-style fold out cots, none of us had to share a bed.

I would absolutely stay at the Cottage by the Sea again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful group accommodation.
