Enjoy all the benefits of this brand new condominium complex. This complex is located about ten miles from Puerto Plata at Cofresi Beach. It was completed in the spring of 2008. It is 150 yards from the ocean with no other buildings between it and the water. From our privately owned unit you are a two minute walk from Ocean World Marina and the newest casino in the Dominican Republic. Our unit is located on the main floor and many agree it is in the best location in this gated complex. The choice is yours, enjoy the breath taking ocean view, sit on your deck while the kids play in the pool or enjoy the gorgeous mountain view. The condo is fully furnished ready for you to arrive. Daily maid service is available. Our friendly maid will even prepare your meals for you! If you would rather eat out there are several restaurants in the area. We highly recommend Chris and Mady's which is right next to the complex.
