Nestled snug amidst the treetops of old-growth tropical forest, Minglewood Cottage offers privacy, convenience, and comfort at a great price. The unique architecture boasts high exposed ceilings to allow for cool, comfortable living areas, rounded out by the rich hardwood floors and warm earth tone color scheme. Its efficient design employs flowing sea-breezes and big, shady trees to create cool spaces, and natural barriers to sun and the passerby. Located at the end of a lonely road, Minglewood Cottage has the feeling of seclusion where only the calls of native birds interrupt the sound of the ocean waves crashing along the sandy beach - Yet it is just a short walk to the town center of quaint shops, restaurants and bars, and a short 2 minute jaunt to the beach.

We are a 2 Minute walk to a beautiful Atlantic Ocean beach. 5 minutes north up the beach to Nipper's Bar and Grill. Going the other way, we are 5 minute walk to town, Guana Harbour Grocery and the harbourside beach.
