This newly remodeled, luxury one-bedroom, one-bath lower rear duplex unit is charming, bright, sunny and quiet. It is entirely renovated and available for your enjoyment. The unit is complete with a full working kitchen, new furnishings, Queen-sized bed, plus a Queen-sized sofa/sleeper, appliances, and more. High-Definition Plasma television with cable, DVD & CD player, and the sofa pulls out to make a bed so the rental can comfortably sleep four. Two bikes, an adult boogie board and a child boogie board, beach chairs, towels, hats, umbrella, ice cooler are all available for the fullest enjoyment. We do have a minimum Age Limit for Renters: 25 years old

My family (2 adults, 1 child) stayed at the Manhattan Beach house for almost a week in March. We had a wonderful time. The house is beautifully maintained and the owners have gone to great lengths to make you feel at home. The place was a perfect size for us and the garage and washer/dryer made our lives so much easier. We really loved the beach! We took full advantage of the body boards and really enjoyed watching all the surfers. The water is a big cold in March, but it didn't stop our 10 year old daughter at all. She's aleady asking when we can go back.

I stayed here for two weeks in December and loved every minute of my vacation. The house is wonderfully decorated and very cozy--a true home away from home. Larry and his wife both have an amazing eye for detail, and have decorated their beach house with lush fabrics, warm colors, and comfortable furniture. The kitchen and bathroom are very functional, and I appreciated the garage parking for my car.

I absolutely loved everything about the house, including its location: just a few houses from the beach and the Strand (miles and miles of walking and biking paths), and a short walk to great restaurants and downtown Manhattan Beach.

I can't wait to go back!
