Walking, Canoeing, Huge choice in Golfing, Boating, Saltwater and Freshwater fishing, Numerous beaches to choose from as well as various things to do at the many state parks, and of course plenty of restaurants and shopping all within 4 miles. beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella provided for use as well as cooler. We also have a house near Disney (kissimmee) so why not have part of your vacation near Disney visiting the Theme parks and then spend the second part of your vacation relaxing in Port Charlotte, fishing or chillin on the beach.

Truly unique rental property in terms of quality in both accomodations and all being at home amentities. Clean and well maintained with superior quality kitchen, baths and pool area... if rest and relaxation in luxury are your primary objectives this home will more than fit your needs. Close to Punta Gorda, Boca Grande, Sanibel Island for excellent off shore fishing and about a 15-20 minute ride from Fort Meyers Airport. Best seafood restaurant (among the many good local ones in Punta Gorda) we found was up in Cape Haze (about 10 minutes North) called Johnny Leverlock's... great food and very reasonable prices. Take your GPS with you to easily find your way around the area... though not totally secluded, this home is away from the high traffic areas.

This Villa stole my breath from the second I laid eyes on it! Beautiful both inside and out. If you are looking for Luxury this is the one! It's a close drive to everything. And the Heated pool was a sure Kid Favorite. The pool has glass animal tiles in it that were Beautiful to say the least. No expense was spared in building this Villa. The owners were a pleasure to deal with and were on hand for any needs or concerns. The house was Spotless & all beds & linens were of Top Comfort & Quality. Thick Towels & Crisp Sheets. We didn't use the canal but drove 20 minutes to Boca Grande beach which had Gorgeous white sand and Shells galore! I would highly recommend this Villa to Anyone and Everyone! My kids felt Pampered and My Husband & I felt like we were on a second Honeymoon!
The Bathrooms were to DIE for! Every single one of them! The master bath had a Huge tub. and a Walk through Tile shower for 2 with body jets! VERY NICE! Reminded me of a High class Spa. The landscaping was very well maintained and had a Beautiful Exterior. Tall ceilings, huge doors, chandeliers, high profile base board and crown molding with trim through out. Absolutely Gorgeous! I thought I had died and gone to Villa Heaven! This was one house that I did NOT want to walk out of! Thanks Chris & Bob - it was a Wonderful Stay! I hope to be a repeat renter!
