Photos and Description of this Cotignac holiday house

Our house has an area of approximately 105 m2. It is situated on the banks of the small river Bresque on a 3,500 m2 garden property with large old trees, hedges, lawn and a lot of nature. Relax on the terrace in front of the house overlooking the lawn and pool (9 to 4 mtrs.), on the terrace beside the house under a french Ramade (straw covered cast iron) overlooking the river, on the partially covered rooftop terrace, or in the pool. Traffic noise will not disturb you here since the house is located in a side valley amongst vineyards and fishing ponds.

Further Details: Narrow, steep stone stairs. Because of the river and the pond, please inquire if you have small children. The sea is 40 km away. Canoe, river bank. Dining facility for 6 in both the kitchen and the living room. Distance from the beach is 32 km. The golf course Barbaroux is 18 km away, and there are some riding stables are in area.

Excursions: Saint Tropez 40 km, Gorges du Verdon 40 km, Aix en Provence 50 km, Grasse 65 km, Ile de Proquerolles 40 km , Marseille 55 km, Abbaye Le Thoronet 10km.
