You will not find a more perfect condo RIGHT on the beach on the island of Cozumel. Most other condos have very limited beach and water access due to the coral formations - but we have miles of white sand. This is the prime location in the Residencias Reef Condominiums. Our corner unit gives you a huge wrap-around out-door patio with ocean views and is also right next to the pool. We look forward to sharing our condo with you.

Nearest Ferry: Downtown Cozumel at 14 Kilometres
The gorgeous quiet beach is steps away and never crowded. But walk a few minutes in either direction for all sorts of activities. An easy 10 minute drive into town gets you to 2 large well-stocked grocery stores, shopping, and partying. Drive 15 minutes the other direction and arrive at undeveloped beaches on the 'wild side' - great fresh seafood, boogie boarding and swimming.

Notes: Wrap around porch with hammock - might be your new favorite place on Earth. There is a collection of games and small toys, but they get used and scrambled a lot. Book collection varies in the condo, there is a trade library by the pool as well. LOTS of sand toys and blow up water toys in the back closet. It is a first floor unit, but street side there are 2 flights of stairs to navigate. Beach side there are 2 steps up to the porch and no other obstacles. It is possible to go around the building and always enter beach side.
