Sun, beaches, views and affordable rates -- this deluxe vacation rental has them all! Kihei Surfside 604 is an oceanfront 1-bedroom, 1.5-bath condominium on the top floor of this very popular oceanfront complex. You will wake to panoramic ocean views looking across to West Maui and enjoy the evening breezes from your lanai. This unit is light and bright with tile floors and walled mirrors to double your view. Newly furnished and continually kept up to date. Keawakapu Beach, a popular swimming beach, is directly behind the building. You get the best of both worlds: tropical scenic view without hearing or seeing lots of people on a busy beach, but less than three minutes from the door to the sand. The complex has an oceanfront pool, gas barbecues and laundry facilities. There is a queen bed in the bedroom and a queen sofa bed in the living room.

Kihei Surfside is an extraordinary place. Unlike many oceanfront condos that are sandwiched between a busy road and the ocean, Kihei Surfside is set back several hundred feet from South Kihei Road so you rarely hear any traffic noise. The complex is situated right next to a great beach for quick and convenient beach access, but rather than looking out over the noise and bustle of the beach, Kihei Surfside overlooks a gorgeous lawn with tranquil views of the ocean and West Maui. The small building has only six floors and Unit 604 is on the top floor, very close to the ocean, so you get a spectacular view without feeling like you’re in a high-rise.

There is nothing quite like Kihei Surfside anywhere on Maui. We feel privileged to share it with our guests! Besides its unique setting, the grounds feature a heated oceanfront swimming pool, barbecues, spacious lawn with putting green, and on-site laundry facilities. An adjacent complex offers a fine restaurant and convenience store. Supermarkets, shopping areas, and other restaurants are a short drive away. Kihei and neighboring Wailea and Makena have just about every type of activity and shopping you can find on Maui.

Kihei Surfside is our favorite and is the best location on Maui. It is away from the crowded side of the island. We enjoyed our time in 604 and hearing the gentle ocean sounds. Our teen daughter loved sitting on the lanai to journal, text and listen to her music! The sixth floor has a great view of the tide pools, ocean, sunset, and we even saw a few turtles swimming by the reef. The pool is convenient, overlooks the ocean and the beach is just past the parking lot.Thanks for sharing your condo. It worked for our family of four. I would recommend it to anyone!

Lovely condo,centrally located,beautiful views

Even the occasional "vog" can't keep this place from being beautiful. This is a well-equipped condo, perhaps not plush but wonderfully comfortable and convenient to shopping, restaurants and beaches. One great restaurant was across the parking lot and in a hotel next to our condo and we walked there several times! Lack of A/C not an issue with lovely trade winds. We would love to stay there again.
