The capital of the Cotes du Rhone wine-growing region of Provence, Avignon's warm climate and beautiful surroundings (Alpilles, Luberon, Mont Ventoux, and Camargue) make Avignon an exceptional place to stay. The city offers easy access to all of south-eastern France, with its many ancient Roman sites. And the beautiful French Riviera is less than three hours away by car. Avignon is just two hours and 40 minutes by train (TGV) from Charles de Gaulle Airport in Paris.

It's one hour by TGV from Marseille (or one hour by car). Avignon Airport is ten minutes away -- with easy access by car on superhighway A7. Rates are 1000 Euro per week. The apartment can accommodate six people maximum. Animals are not permitted. Weekly electrical usage of 150 kw and telephone charges of up to 10 Euro are included. Usage beyond these amounts will be as charged by EDF and France Telecom -- and deducted from the security deposit of 3,000 Euro, reimbursable one week after your departure.
