The apartment can accommodate six people maximum. Animals are not permitted. Weekly electrical usage of 150 kw and telephone charges of up to 10 Euro are included. Usage beyond these amounts will be as charged by EDF and France Telecom -- and deducted from the security deposit of 3,000 Euro, reimbursable one week after your departure.
