The beautifully furnished apartment with kitchen is located on the ground floor and is perfect for those suffering from allergies. Da Wohn-/Schlafraum vormals Terrasse oder Wintergarten des Hauses war, kommt man sich ein wenig vor als schlafe man im Vorgarten. Auch geht ein Fenster direkt zum Hauseingang. Dadurch doch sehr unruhig. Wir haben uns nicht wohl gefühlt.

Vermieter und Verwalterin aber super nett und hilfsbereit. Auch Lage der Wohnung nur zu empfehlen.

Wir waren 'mal wieder auf der schönen Insel, und wieder im Haus Sommerwind. Auch diese Wohnung bietet eigentlich alles, was man im Urlaub benötigt, ausreichend Platz für 2 Personen. Wie gewohnt sauber und komplett eingerichtet.
Erwähnenswert ist die gute Lage: recht zentral, so dass alles schnell fußläufig erreicht werden kann, nah zum Strand. Auto wird nicht benötigt.
Die Wohnung liegt ruhig, da in einer Nebenstraße.
Also: zu empfehlen!

Für 2 Personen ist es wirklich schön,aber mit einem Kind von 5 Jahren ist es sehr schwer,weil sich alles in einem Raum abspielt,Schlafen,Fernseh.
Es war aber sehr schön,netter Kontakt !

Meine Tochter und ich waren kurzfristig in den SF ein paar Tage auf Norderney. Der Vermieter hat sich- obwohl er im Urlaub war direkt mit uns in Kontakt gesetzt- was ich sehr nett fand.
Von der Wohnung war ich sehr angenehm überrascht. Platz genug, sehr sauber und ordentlich- und alles was man braucht-ist vorhanden.Strand und Ortskern direkt um die Ecke! Ich kann die Wohnung nur empfehlen

Wir waren über Ostern mal wieder auf Norderney. Hatten wie immer die Wohnung Nr. 5 (im EG) im Haus Sommerwind (Kreuzstr.) angemietet.
Wohnung liegt ruhig und zentral (ob Strand, Bäcker oder Restaurant´s) man kann überall schnell zu Fuss hinkommen, ist gut eingerichtet und bietet für zwei Personen mehr als reichlich Platz.
Wohnung war sauber und macht(e) einen gepflegten Eindruck.
Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis nach unserer Einschätzung absolut i.O.

Owner's Response: Die zentrale und doch ruhige Lage wird von vielen Mietern besonders geschätzt, ebenso ist die Raumgröße für 2 Personen ideal, eine kl. Küchenzeile mit Durchreiche zum Essbereich ist praktisch und beliebt.
