Casa Melissa sits on a spectacular point overlooking the azure Pacific Ocean, with fabulous unobstructed 180-degree views of the coast and palm jungle views to the east. Experience the Mexican Riviera in the privacy of this unique home. Enjoy relaxing in the heated infinity swimming pool or play a rousing game of tennis on the private, lighted tennis court. Sit and watch some of the most incredible sunsets or watch for dolphins, whales and rays pass below as you have a drink on the terrace or enjoy a swim. All rooms have ocean views(excluding one bathroom). Bederooms are air conditioned. Within minutes you can take advantage of snorkeling, surfing, ocean kayaking, hiking, fishing, yoga, massage, horseback riding, bird watching or just walk the mile long sandy beach. Within an hour visit ancient petroglyphs, dolphin swim, golf, water park,and PV discos & restaurants. With a whole house water purification system no need to worry, and there is a restaurant trained chef waiting to prepare you dinner nightly Monday - Friday. The staff will be happy to shop for your groceries and have them stocked in the kitchen upon your arrival. All bedrooms have fabulous ocean views and AC and ceiling fans. Washer and dryer are available for guest use. With 3 terraces to chose from you can have sun or shade any time of the day. All linens and beach towels are provided. We ask that you not smoke in the house.

A private lighted tennis court, private heated pool, a restaurant trained cook (available nightly Monday - Friday) maid service Monday - Saturday mornings, whole-house water purification system and high speed wireless internet make this an amazing vacation spot. You can enjoy this villa in all seasons. The house is designed to provide sun and shade on the terraces and balcony. The pool is heated in the winter months and the tennis court is lit for evening play in the warmer summer months. The court surface is an Australian product that is ready for play 15 minutes after precipitation. Have a family vacation or a romantic getaway - Casa Melissa is comfortable for 2 to 8 guests. A fourth bedroom (next to the living room) is also available at $200.00 a week if you require accommodation for up to 8 guests. Rates listed are for up to 6 people.

Dear Melissa and Bruce,
Thank you again for an unbeliveable life time experience by allowing us to share your beautiful home in paradise. Our 19th anniversary was made so much more spectacular by Yeyo cooking his incredible baked lobster and by the fox(azzora) gracing us with his presence. And of course the most beautiful sunsets in the world and the comfort of Casa Melissa. As this was our 3rd visit we felt like we were at the home we should be living in. Muchas gracias!

Casa Melissa is a little slice of heaven on earth! I couldn't have imagined a view so beautiful. The house was everything we hoped it would be and our kids loved the swimming pool and tennis court. Isabel and Yeyo are truly wonderful people and great cooks! Thank you, Bruce and Melissa, for sharing this magical place with us. We hope to return someday.
