Great location to enjoy nearby Salt Creek Beach, golf, the Dana Point Marina, and Laguna Beach with its summer festivals. This is a fun place to live and visit. The condo complex is in a guard gated community, has a pool, spa and fitness room. There are nature trails to the beach, walk by the golf course or just walk down the sidewalk past the St. Regis Hotel. There is so much to do all year long. This is a nonsmoking unit. Sorry no pets.
