Premier Gulf Front Location, directly on the beach in Destin. Large heated swimming pool, hot tub and private boardwalk to beach. Outside gas grills for your BBQs. Large tiled terrace overlooking the beach and Gulf of Mexico. See Virtual Tour below of the unit on the 5th floor. Only 3 units per floor from the elevator for very private access. The unit has been professionally decorated with top of the line Tommy Bahama furniture. Good size living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen with Corian countertops and GE appliances. 3BR with the Master (king bed) overlooking the beach and balcony walkout. Master bath has a Jacuzzi whirlpool tub. Other two bedrooms (one queen bed and two double beds)each have a private full bath with shower. Living room and bedrooms each have a 32' flat screen TV with CD-VCR player in the LR. Tile entry foyer,hall and kitchen with carpet in the living room, dining room and bedrooms.
