This 2 bedroom, 2 bath updated corner condominium is located on a quiet tree-lined street in the South Florida Island Paradise known as the Village of Key Biscayne. The newly renovated kitchen with dark wood cabinetry and top of the line stainless steel appliances opens to the dining room and a family room with a mounted large screen plasma television and a balcony with sliding glass doors with a beautiful palm tree lined east facing view. Please, no smokers and no pets. This unit is not suitable for crawling/cruising toddlers.

A two minute walk takes you to a private beach entrance. Once at the beach, you can have a casual lunch at the Beach Club, or enjoy a variety of dining options at the Ritz-Carlton, Key Biscayne. The Village of Key Biscayne offers an array of amenities sure to please. The sports enthusiast can play golf on award winning courses, or play tennis at the Crandon Park Tennis Center, host of the Sony Ericcson Open (Nasdaq and Lipton in past years). If water sports are your thing, the options are endless. For the nature lover, Key Biscayne has miles of pristine beaches, with water so refreshing; you just won’t want to leave. The Crandon Parks Visitors’ and Nature Center lets you watch as new turtle hatchlings are released out to sea for the first time. Nature and bike trails abound all throughout the Village as well, where there is so much natural beauty to discover.
