Enter from Kahala Ave. through gates, exclusively for cottage access. Enter into luxury living to Kahala Estate Cottage, which allows guests the choice of elegant interior living with air conditioning; or exterior living on the extensive deck with the pool, spa, tennis court and large lawn area (pest free year round). Walk further down a private path, past one house, to Kahala Beach for swimming or snorkeling or walk further down the beach to the 5 star Kahala Hotel for snacks or full dining options or its own awesome beach. (All beaches in Hawaii are public). The 'cottage' is a self contained luxury home away from home of approximately 1,850 square feet with 2 car garage, 2.5 baths, 2 bedrooms and study and den area with queen size futon couch for additional space. The full kitchen has numerous seating areas, separate elegant dining room, and living room opens out to the pool and spa.

Kahala a known destination : Kahala is an upscale neighborhood immediately east of Waikiki, reachable by a walk work out or quick drive to the shops, restaurants and beaches of major resort facilities. It is also minutes to the major east - west highways to all major attractions of Oahu. This house is about seven or eight properties to the world famous Kahala Hotel and Resort, home to many heads of state and celebrities.

Kahala Estate Cottage - 100 feet to beach: The setting is a large prime property with beautiful lawns, a pool and spa and tennis court. The main house is occupied by the owners, who work long hours and do not make use of the pool, spa and tennis courts, except on rare weekends. The beach is 110 feet away on a private lane.

great home, spacious, well appointed, clean, convenient location, walking distance to beach, close to downtown & Waikiki. Beautiful pool and well kept tennis court. Only negative is close proximty to busy street, though the noise at night was minimal.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
Owner's Response: Property is on ocean side of the famous Kahala Ave., the 5th Avenue of the Pacific. The house is one lot from the beach and 2 short blocks to the famed 5 star Kahala Hotel where celebrities and heads of state make their home in Hawaii.

Great Location

The Estate Cottage is in an outstanding location. You are close to everything but the peace and quiet made is feel far away from everything. The home has a lot of space and is clean and well decorated. It just off the ocean and a quick walk to the Kahala Hotel. Nearby is a mall with a Whole Foods, a movie theater and more. We would never think of staying anywhere but in Kahala. We do plan to return. It was perfect.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway
