This luxury home is the perfect place to come relax after an adventurous day in the Canadian Rockies. This 2700 square foot executive home is located on Canmore's sunny side. Just one hour from the Calgary airport, this fully furnished, fully appointed Eagle Terrace home will accommodate up to 10 people. There is also a crib, 2 play pens, with extra child bedding & 2 highchairs to accommodate those with small children. All of the beds are custom made log beds with down duvets. The living room has leather furniture, and a wood burning fireplace, with wood provided. The gourmet kitchen has granite, and stainless throughout, and is fully set up with everything you need for cooking as well as all the extras. The huge front deck has a gas BBQ and patio furniture in the summer. Linens and towels are provided. The 8 person hot tub is always a guest favorite, so is the steam shower in the adjoining bathroom

Notes: The dining table seats 6, and the island bar with stools seats another 6. There are two highchairs and a booster seat for little ones. The living room is fully furnished with leather couches and also has a giant beanbag which is 9 feet in diameter. There is a huge balcony with a gas BBQ at the front of the house and another balcony off two of the bedrooms looking over the fenced backyard and the trees in the back of the house.

Activities: For the outdoor enthusiast, mountain biking, hiking trails, and rock climbing are just 5 minutes away on foot. You can be at the base of Sunshine Village in 25 minutes and Lake Louise in 45 minutes. There are three other ski resorts that can be accessed in about 30 minutes, Nakiska, Norquay, and Fortress. The Canmore Nordic center (1988 Olympic Games) is a 10 minute drive and has miles of trails to choose from. If golf is your sport, you can be at Silvertip Golf, Stewart Creek, and Canmore golf courses in under 10 minutes. Banff Springs and Kananaskis Golf courses are a 25 and 40 minute drive. Only a 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive from bustling downtown Canmore with it's shopping and world class restaurants. In 20 minutes you can be downtown Banff. The new Iron Goat Pub and Summit Cafe are a short 5 minute walk away. There is also a playground, a soccer field, and tobogganing hill within 1 block.
