It is located just 3 miles away from the Strip and 2 miles from the Airport. This villa is close to everything. It offers a private swimming pool and jacuzzi for relaxation, 9 bedrooms, 6 full bathrooms, formal living and dining rooms for formal occasions, extra large gourmet kitchen with center island, granite slab counter tops, maple cabinetry, top of the line stainless steel appliances, microwave, gas oven and range, refrigerator w/ automatic water dispenser and ice maker and filter, dishwasher, pantry, all kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, cooking ware, baking wares are provided, open to the dining area for 8 guests for informal meals and open to large family room with leather sofas for extra comfort and big screen TV. Gym room and Basketball court which are located on the property - is provided for free.
