Relax in this single-level luxury corner unit that is light, bright and airy. The condo has been recently upgraded and remodeled with new furniture. The living room is beautifully appointed with a comfy couch and two easy chairs, ottoman, end and cocktail tables. The entertainment center houses a DVD player, and TV system. Casual dining or cocktails can be enjoyed on the outdoor patio.

Head north on A1A to St. Augustine, our nation's oldest city with limitless options of sightseeing, shopping, eateries and nightlife. Kayaks, catamarans, wind surfing and fishing expeditions are available at local aquatic shops. There is a new Public grocery store 3 miles down the road. Anastasia Park, 20 minutes north, takes you back to 'Old Florida' and you can catch the ferry at Matanzas Park and visit the historic fort. Washington Oaks Gardens State Park, one mile south, provides opportunities for picnics among its array of tropical flora, as well as, fishing, hiking and biking. Marineland, just 1 mile north, lets you get up close and personal with their resident dolphins.

It is delightfully decorated in new white wicker furniture with 2 single beds, dresser, nightstand, ceiling fan and ample closet space. There is also a rollaway single bed provided for an additional guest. The second bathroom is located just outside the bedroom door and includes a glassed-in shower/tub combination.
