A custom-built Amish ranch log home with vaulted ceilings, 2 fireplaces, hot tub, bar, two 42-inch HDTVs, Wi-Fi and pool table. The home is located on a mountain top surrounded by wildlife - deer and birds are in great abundance. A great place to relax on the deck or covered front porch. The log home is an example of the finest Amish craftsmanship. 5 miles from Jack Frost and Big Boulder ski area; Lehigh River Gorge for rafting and bike riding; Hickory Run State Park with swimming lake and 18 miles from the new Mohegan Sun Casino.

An Amazing House

A friend and i with our 4 kids stayed at the Dakota house .....from sunday to thursday.....the pictures were exactly what the house looked like....no surprises....it was extremely clean and maintained beautifully...it had everything from jacuzzi to pool table to paper towel laundry detergent and there were even spices in the cabinet to cook with.......the kids had a great time running around and playing in the rec room.....they especially loved the jacuzzi....but were upset when we pulled them out of it after 5 minutes......Ken the maintance guy was very nice and was a phone call away with anything that would go wrong....we didn't need to call him because everything was perfect....heated and extremely comfortable....My friend and I will defintely be back to the Dakota house...we are even thinking of making it an annual trip during our Feb. break from work..........The other rental that Neil owns is beautiful as well......
I would defintely rent from Neil again........without a doubt!!
