The property is a ranch home on the golf course facing the mountain for a calming view and enriching balconies. At night there is the strip views from one side. Country club and gym access, pool with waterfalls very peaceful and 4 exits away from Las Vegas boulevard or the famously known Las Vegas strip. There is a country club 100ft away, offering a large pool and gym and dining and of course Golf amenities. For children, there is a park in the community. For boating, Lake Mead is 10 miles south offering rentals. Attraction 9 miles south is Hoover Dam

A pleasent stay

when we arrived after a long drive from Oregon, the place was very nicely set, she baked us some lovely pastries, the fireplace was on, the house is better than the pictures, pictures do not do it justice, the owner was always available by fone wheneever we had questions ... the fridg had some start up food and drinks....
very warm house, the view is great... we loved it...
it is 10 minutes from the las vegas boulevard hotels, the country club gym and pool were fun...we had our family reunion there... the place is a resort and beautiful ...and we will be back ...
