MASTER BEDROOM - mattress was so hard I had to sleep on the sofa, and this was NOT what we rented the apartment for...we wanted two bedrooms, not one bedroom and a sofa.
TOWELS: NONE and those in the apartment were DIRTY.
CLEANING: The apartment cleaning crew did a VERY POOR JOB, hair all over the bathroom floors, dirty soap dispensers, greasy fingerprints all over the furniture in living room and kitchen.
DRYER: Not certain this was even working.
