Sleeping up to 8 people this property makes an excellent base from which to explore all that is fun in Orlando. This townhouse is fully furnished and equipped with all appliances, linens, crockery and cutlery to make your holiday as comfortable as possible. Club Cortile benefits from it’s own heated swimming pool, children’s play area, fitness room and theater. It has a dedicated wi-fi room in addition to the wi-fi area around the pool itself

TV and DVD also provided along with an en-suite bathroom with tub and separate screened shower cubicle. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with matching furniture whilst the third bedroom has twin beds. Each room has their own TV's and plenty of storage with mirrored closets and utilize the second bathroom which has tub with shower over.

Notes: The open plan design creates a spacious tastefully furnished living area in which to read, watch a flat screen LCD TV or a DVD or simply relax and leads out through patio doors onto a screened porch with table and chairs overlooking the tennis courts. The comfortable sofa converts into a third double bed. There is also a separate dining area for family meals. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances including cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher and waste disposal unit. All crockery, cutlery, glassware and pots and pans are provided. There is also a large closet for storage behind which is a utility area with washer and dryer. The luxurious heated resort pool with it’s generous sun deck and seats/sun beds is situated at the rear of the clubhouse with the children’s play area on one side and tennis court

This property is excellent and perfect for a holiday in Orlando. The house is practically new and is immaculate with masses of living space and all the facilities you need. The pool is superb and it is only about a 10 minute drive to Disney and SeaWorld and a few minutes more for the other Orlando parks. I would recommend it to anyone and we will definately be going back.
