The condominium complex was completely destroyed by hurricane Ivan in 2004 and has been completely rebuilt from the ground up, inside and out, and completed in August of 2006. The new construction is solid concrete walls and ceilings between the lower and second floors which provides a soundproofing barrier between the condo units. The ocean view is spectacular.
